In the next couple of months, we are hoping to be able to top up your existing smartcards from our online shop, so that your new credit will appear on your card the next time you use it on the bus.
In the meantime you can top up most existing cards on bus (see full details below).
If you can't get in to our travel centre or don't wish to top up on bus, you can order a new card online which once payment has been received we will post out to you first class.
You can top-up many of your existing cards on bus including:
30 and 90 day products, and Fastsaver 26 and 40 can't be topped up on bus.
You can visit us in the Travel Centre in the Broad Street Mall, Monday - Saturday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm where all prodcuts can be topped up.
