Starr was set up in 2002 by Baz Hartnell. Starr specialises in personal leadership development, board development and enabling indivduals to contribute more effectively to organisational success.
Our consultants are set apart by their passion for developing people and their proven ability to get to the heart of a matter quickly. Our coaches are at at the top of their professional tree, usually holding both an MBA and MSc in Coaching. We combine uniquely our exacting academic qualifications with our directorial backgrounds in business to give clients access to consultants working at the highest professional standards and with real credibility at senior levels.
